What is a lounge?

A lounge is your own page on CreatorLounge, at creatorlounge.io/lounge/your-name. It holds the brand offers, codes and tracked links you choose, so followers have one place to shop what you recommend. See how the lounge works.

CreatorLounge is free for creators. You keep 50% of the approved commission on every sale, with a £50 minimum payout.

Step 1: Sign up

Create an account from the For Creators page with your email, full name and password, then click the link in the confirmation email.

A short welcome wizard then asks who you are (display name, profile photo, bio), where your audience is, and your social handles. You can skip it and finish later. Set your username in your profile settings. It becomes your lounge address.

Creators are vetted against criteria that are not published. While your account is pending, you can connect brands, set up offers and preview your lounge yourself. Your lounge and share links go public only once an admin approves your account.

Step 2: Pick your brands

Find brands on the Brands page in your dashboard and use "Activate Offers" on the ones you want. You can also look through the brand directory. Then, on your Offers page, switch each offer on. It shows "Live in lounge" when it is showing.

Then make the lounge yours:

  • Display. Choose "Banner" or "Logo Only" for each offer. Banners need an offer image.
  • Order. Use the "Offer Order" tab to put your favourite offers first.
  • Look. Add a hero banner image, title and accent colour, and choose a header theme.

To remove an offer, toggle it off in your offers dashboard. It shows "Not showing" and disappears from your lounge straight away.

Step 3: Add your lounge to your bio

Copy your lounge link and paste it into the website or link field on your Instagram, TikTok or YouTube profile. One link covers every brand you feature.

"Share Lounge" opens your phone's share menu or copies your link. Banner offers with an image also have "Share offer", which helps you share to an Instagram Story.

Step 4: Share codes

Some offers carry a discount code, either one shared code or a unique code per shopper. Followers tap "Get Code" to reveal the code, then "Copy" to copy it. With a pool of unique codes, each follower gets their own code.

Brands manage their own offers, so the codes in your lounge are the current ones. Telling followers "my codes are in my bio" keeps them pointed at the right place.

Label every post that promotes your lounge or a code. Put "#ad" at the start, as the UK rules expect ads to be clearly labelled, and "#affiliate" on its own is not enough (ASA: affiliate marketing). Your lounge also shows an "Ad disclosure" line.

Step 5: Track your clicks

Every link in your lounge is tracked through the brand's affiliate network with you credited. Your dashboard shows figures such as Lounge Views, Clicks, Sales Driven and Revenue Driven. Your commission is shown as Tracked, Approved and Paid, with your progress to the £50 payout minimum.

Sales are checked by the brand and network before commission is approved. Once your approved balance reaches £50, it can be paid out. Save your bank details in Payment Details. For more, see the Help Centre and FAQ.
