Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Creator Lounge. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

User Roles

Creators

Creators can curate brand offers into shareable lounges, track performance, and earn commissions through affiliate partnerships. Approval may be required before publishing your lounge.

Brands

Brands can create offers, manage affiliate settings, and partner with creators. You are responsible for ensuring your offers comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Agencies

Agencies can manage multiple creators, oversee their offers and lounges, and access performance analytics on their behalf. Agencies are responsible for ensuring that creators under their management comply with these Terms. Agency access to creator accounts is subject to the creator's consent and may be revoked at any time.

Offers and Affiliate Rules

All offers must be accurate and lawful. Brands are responsible for honoring their offers and paying commissions as agreed. Creators must disclose affiliate relationships in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Commissions and Revenue Share

Creator Lounge provides platform access and tools free of charge to creators. In return, the following commission structure applies:

  • Creators earn 50% of affiliate commissions generated through their lounge.
  • The platform retains 50% as a service fee for providing the technology, integrations, and infrastructure.
  • Commissions are tracked automatically via integrated affiliate network technology.
  • Payout timing and minimum thresholds are subject to the terms of the underlying affiliate networks.
  • The platform does not guarantee any minimum level of earnings.
  • Commission rates may be adjusted with 30 days' written notice to affected creators.

Affiliate Network Compliance

Offers on Creator Lounge are facilitated through third-party affiliate networks (such as AWIN, CJ Affiliate, Impact, and others). By using the platform, creators agree to:

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of each affiliate network through which offers are provided.
  • Not engage in cookie stuffing, click fraud, misleading advertising, or any practice prohibited by the relevant affiliate network.
  • Accept that violations of affiliate network terms may result in commission forfeiture, offer removal, or account suspension.
  • Acknowledge that the platform is not liable for actions taken by affiliate networks against individual creators.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide our services. You may not use our platform to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Creator Lounge for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable laws, to transmit spam or malicious content, or to interfere with the proper functioning of our platform.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Creator Lounge at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may terminate your account at any time through Settings → Privacy & Data Rights → Delete Account, or by contacting partnerships@creatorlounge.io

Account deletion follows a 30-day grace period as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Creator Lounge is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past year.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated terms on our platform. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
